Our machinery can handle small to medium-sized intricate components. It has two ultrasonic horns in a water basin for precise machining of various parts. The machine can run without supervision using up to 6 trays. You can customize it with features like air and motor spindles, chip extraction, part drying, and different parts delivery options.

Our machine can handle hydraulic parts up to 20kg. We use two ultrasonic horns in the water basin to machine intricate parts in one setup, ensuring precise burr removal for a sharp finish on parts like hydraulic blocks, pistons, and cylinders.
